The 2026 ILCA 6 Women's World Championships will be held in Dun Laoghaire, Ireland at the Royal St. George Yacht Club and National Yacht Club.

This is a restricted entry allocated championship. Sailors wishing to enter must first complete an application form, accessible through the menu above.

Total entry for this event is limited to 120 sailors.

Vakaros Atlas 2 & RaceSense System

• The Vakaros Atlas 2 devices and RaceSense system will be used to enhance the accuracy, fairness, and efficiency of race management at the event.
• The system provides synchronised start timing and automated identification of OCS (On-the-Course-Side) boats.
• Each boat is required to race with a working Vakaros Atlas 2 device which can be: Your own, or rented from Vakaros (USD $25/day), or purchased from Vakaros (special ILCA discounted price USD $1,079 applies).

World Sailing Sustainability Survey

• Each boat will be required to complete a World Sailing Sustainability Questionnaire and Equipment Quality Control Survey as part of the entry and registration process.

Charter Boats:

This is a supplied equipment mandatory charter event. Details about charter equipment is specified in the Notice of Race and the Charter Terms and Conditions.

Charter Boat Fees:

   Pre-Regatta Training (31 August - 4 September):  EUR €495
   Regatta (5-12 September): EUR €1095
